Room nights, restaurant orders, spa, minibar and laundry on a single folio — split any way, settled with any tender, invoiced before the guest reaches the door.
SEE IT IN ACTION
Sub-accounts let the company pay room and tax while the guest pays their own bar tab — on the same bill.
OVERVIEW AND BENEFITS
The bill is the product
A folio is anchored to a party — the people being billed — and aggregates every order, charge, tax and payment against them. Tables and rooms attach to the party, never to the bill directly, so a booking that changes rooms does not lose its charges.
Nothing is re-keyed
Charges arrive from the outlet that raised them, priced and taxed, the moment they happen.
Split the way the guests actually want
By item, by order, by percentage or by named payer — including slices that deliberately exclude tax.
Every tender, recorded properly
Cash, card, wallet, gift card, deposit, room charge, on account and crypto — each with the evidence it needs.
WHY IT MATTERS
Unbilled extras never show up on a report
The charges that go missing are the ones that lived on a chit. Once every outlet posts to the same ledger in real time, there is nothing left to lose between the outlet and the desk.

Routing decides who pays for what
Attach a standing rule to a folio and future charges land on the right sub-account by themselves — room and tax to the company, everything else to the guest.
Most specific rule wins:route by transaction code, by source, by charge type, or catch everything.
Evaluated when the charge posts:so the nightly room charge and its tax land correctly at three in the morning.
Never retroactive:adding a rule does not move charges already on the bill, so an issued invoice stays true.

FAQ
FAQ
Yes. Open a second window on the folio and route room and tax to it. Each window settles independently and receives its own fiscal document; the guest still sees one bill.
Yes. A room-charge posting settles the outlet folio in cash-equivalent and posts one aggregated line to the master stay. It is reversible without destroying the original tender, so the outlet Z-report stays intact.
Correct it with a void, a refund, an allowance or a discount depending on what actually happened. Each is a distinct verb with its own permission and audit trail — a void erases the sale, a write-off keeps it and records the loss.
Taxes are a per-tenant catalogue and each definition declares which charge types it applies to. A service charge can exclude room rate while VAT still taxes it, and outlet taxes are never charged twice when the bill moves to the room.
