RATES & AVAILABILITY

Price the season, protect the inventory

Rate plans, restrictions, channel allotments and group blocks — with an availability grid that names the night that is blocking, not just the word "unavailable".

SEE IT IN ACTION

A stop-sell binds the whole property. A channel allotment caps that channel and never the house.

OVERVIEW AND BENEFITS

Two different questions, answered properly

"Is this room free" and "can this room type be sold" are not the same question. Vestibel answers both, and the pooled one is the only place that sees group holds, allotment ceilings, stop-sells and length-of-stay rules.

A grid, not a verdict

The availability grid returns a result per night, so the desk can say "the 14th is full, the rest of your stay is fine".

Restrictions that bind everyone

Stop-sell, closed to arrival, closed to departure and min/max length of stay are property-wide — a clerk cannot sell around them.

Blocks that actually hold rooms

A confirmed group block removes rooms from the house for the dates it covers, so the wedding party is still there when they arrive.

WHY IT MATTERS

Inventory you cannot see is inventory you will oversell

A group block holds a count per room type per night and owns no room id at all. Any guard that thinks in rooms cannot see it — which is exactly how the block gets sold out from under the organiser.

PRODUCT DETAILS

Pricing and inventory controls that hold up in season

From a base rate to a length-of-stay tier to a contracted OTA ceiling — set once, enforced on every path that can take a booking.

Rate plans
Room-only through all-inclusive, per room type, with derived plans that track a parent rate.
Restrictions calendar
Publish stop-sell, CTA, CTD and min/max LOS per date from a grid view.
BAR by length of stay
Price a three-night stay differently from a one-night stay without a second rate plan.
Channel allotments
Cap how many rooms a channel may sell on a date, with overbooking tolerance resolved separately.
Group blocks
Hold rooms for an event, manage the rooming list, and release what is unpicked at the cutoff.
Availability grid
Per-night sellability across a stay window, naming the constraining night.

Tentative holds nothing, and that is the point

A tentative block is a speculative enquiry pencilled in months ahead. A property can record a dozen without taking a single room off sale.

Confirming is a sale:the rooms were never reserved, so confirmation re-checks the pool and refuses a block the house can no longer supply.
Release is the cutoff working:unpicked rooms go back to the house and picked-up guests keep their reservations.
Cancel is a decision:a named person records that the group is not happening, with a reason, and it is refused once anything has been picked up.

FAQ

FAQ

No. An allotment is a contract with a named channel, so it caps that channel only. The house is exempt unless you deliberately publish a house row, which is your own declared ceiling on your own pool.
An allotment is a ceiling on a channel. A block is consumption — it removes the room from the house entirely, because a conference genuinely takes those rooms out of general sale.
Yes. A length-of-stay tier sets the price for a stay of a given length. That is separate from a length-of-stay restriction, which decides whether the window may be sold at all.
Rooms nobody picked up return to the house automatically. Guests who did pick up keep their reservations — a release and a cancellation are different verbs with separate stamps.
