The guests you already have are the cheapest ones to fill with
Post-visit feedback, reward points, tiers, prepaid wallets, gift cards, coupons and promotions — attached to a real customer record.
SEE IT IN ACTION
Points, wallets and gift cards are ledgers, not counters. Every balance is explainable.
OVERVIEW AND BENEFITS
Retention that is measured, not assumed
A customer identity attaches to orders and stays, so spend, points, feedback and redemption all hang off the same record — and a returning guest is recognised rather than re-created.
Feedback tied to the visit
Ratings for food, service and ambiance attach to the order they are about, with optional per-item scores.
Points that behave
Earn on spend, redeem against a bill, expire on a policy you set — with the ledger to explain any balance.
Tiers that mean something
Thresholds keyed to lifetime spend, with an earn multiplier per tier.
WHY IT MATTERS
A loyalty scheme nobody can audit is a liability
Points that are a single number on a customer row cannot be explained, corrected or expired safely. Points backed by a transaction ledger can.
5retention instruments in one module
1customer record across every visit
0balances that cannot be explained
Illustrative figures — replace with measured results before publishing.

Expiry only ever touches points it can account for
Points earned before an expiry policy existed have no recoverable history, so they are never expired — a balance is only retired when the system knows exactly which earning it came from.
Oldest first:redemption draws down the oldest points, which is what makes expiry meaningful.
Ships inert:expiry is off by default, so nothing changes until you set a policy.
Never a negative:expiry is capped at the live balance rather than driving it below zero.

FAQ
FAQ
From lifetime spend rather than from points. Tiering on points would let a promotional balance buy a permanent earn multiplier, which compounds forever.
Only if you set a policy — expiry ships disabled. When enabled, redemption draws down the oldest points first, and points earned before the policy existed are never expired.
Yes, with a dedicated permission. An overridden tier is locked so a nightly recompute cannot silently demote a guest you promised Gold to.
