HR, ATTENDANCE & PAYROLL

From the clock-in to the payslip, one chain

Shifts and rosters, QR clock-in, breaks, leave, loans and monthly payroll runs built from the attendance that actually happened.

SEE IT IN ACTION

Every payroll hour comes from one calculator. A timesheet and a payslip cannot disagree.

OVERVIEW AND BENEFITS

Payroll is downstream of attendance, or it is fiction

Hours worked, overtime, breaks and off-days are derived from punch data through a single shared calculator. Payroll lines are generated from that, not typed into it.

Split shifts handled properly

A shift with a morning and an evening segment is one day with two punches, not two attendance records.

Self-serve clock-in

Staff identify themselves and clock in from a QR portal, with admin-assisted entry as a fallback.

Regenerate without losing edits

Rebuild a draft payroll run from attendance while lines a manager has locked stay untouched.

WHY IT MATTERS

Payroll disputes are attendance disputes

When hours are retyped between the roster and the payslip, every disagreement becomes unanswerable. When they are derived, the answer is in the punch record.

Draft is where the editing happens

A payroll run can be regenerated from attendance as many times as you like while it is a draft. Once it advances, its lines are frozen.

Regenerate freely:a late clock-in correction is picked up by re-running the draft.
Locked lines survive:a line a manager has adjusted and locked is never overwritten by a regeneration.
Then it freezes:past draft, the run is a record rather than a working document.

FAQ

A shift can carry two segments. The day is one attendance record with two punches, and the calculator sums both against the shift’s expected hours.

Regenerate the draft. Lines a manager has explicitly locked are excluded from the rewrite, so manual adjustments survive.
