POINT OF SALE & INVENTORY

POS & KDS

From the order pad to the pass, without paper

A full register for quick sales and table service, with live kitchen and bar boards that drive every item through acknowledge, preparing, ready and served.

SEE IT IN ACTION

Kitchen and bar boards update live over websockets — no refresh, no missed ticket.

OVERVIEW AND BENEFITS

Take the order, fire it, watch it land

The register covers quick sale, table service, QR-order triage, split billing and temporary bill printing. What it fires appears on the right board in the right station within a second.

Per-item lifecycle

Line cooks drive each item, not each ticket, so a table’s starters can be away while its mains are still cooking.

Routed by station

Items reach the board and the printer that belongs to the terminal and the station that should make them.

Recall and refire, gated

Pulling an item back off a ticket is a manager-gated action with a reason, not a silent edit.

WHY IT MATTERS

A lost ticket is a lost cover

Paper chits go missing, get read wrong, and give nobody a timestamp. A screen gives the kitchen the same order the register took, and the manager a record of when it moved.

PRODUCT DETAILS

A register built for a busy service

Everything the counter and the pass need, on touch screens that survive a rush.

Quick sale
Ring a walk-in sale without opening a table, and settle it on the spot.
Table service
Open a table, build the cart, fire in rounds and request the bill.
Kitchen & bar boards
Live tickets grouped by station, with a fullscreen mode for wall-mounted screens.
QR order triage
Accept or reject orders guests placed themselves before they hit the kitchen.
Split billing
Split by item, order or amount, including slices that exclude tax.
Printer routing
Per-terminal, per-role, per-station printer mapping with a zero-config default.

Fired means on the bill

A cart line is a draft until it is fired. That single distinction is what keeps the kitchen, the bill and the tax base honest.

Pending is not billed:unfired items are visible on the cart and excluded from the tax base entirely.
Firing is replay-safe:a double tap on Fire produces one order, one ticket and one bill line.
Recall is a cancel:pulling an item back records who did it and why, and does not quietly return it to the cart.

FAQ

FAQ

No. Tickets arrive and change state over a live websocket connection, so a wall-mounted screen can be left running all service.
Yes. Printer routing resolves by acting terminal, printer role and kitchen station, falling back to a station printer and then the tenant default. A property that configures nothing behaves exactly as before.
One order. The fire request carries an intent key derived from the round and its pending lines, so a repeat submission is collapsed rather than producing a second ticket and a doubled bill.
Yes. QR orders land in a triage queue where staff accept or reject them before anything reaches the kitchen.
