Routing staff alerts away from guest messages

The same event often needs to reach a guest and a team, differently. Per-event routing is what keeps them apart.

A new booking is two messages: a confirmation to the guest and a heads-up to the team. Sending both from the same rule means one of them is wrong.

Which channels fire is decided per event, and where a WhatsApp message goes is decided per event too — so a guest confirmation reaches the guest while the staff twin reaches an operations group.

Because both key off the same catalogue event, adding a new notification means declaring it once and then choosing its channels and destinations, rather than wiring a delivery path by hand.

A property that wants none of it turns the event off. Nothing here assumes a property wants to message guests at all.
